Upload your plan's Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC). We read it, learn your plan's rules, and keep it on file so an appeal letter is ready in minutes if you're ever denied.
What's an SBC and where do I find it?
Every US health plan must provide one. It's a standardized PDF, usually around 8 pages, titled "Summary of Benefits and Coverage." You can get yours from:
- check_circleYour insurer's member portal (look under Documents or Plan Details)
- check_circleHR or your benefits administrator, if your plan is through work
- check_circleHealthCare.gov, if you bought a marketplace plan
